BUCKET OF BLOOD, A

year: 1959
director: Roger Corman
cast: Dick Miller, Barboura Morris, Antony Carbone

Walter Paisley, working at a Bohemian cafe, is jealous of various artistic regulars’ talent. One day he accidentally kills his housekeeper's cat and, to hide it, plasters its body. The resulting sculpture is appreciated by artists from cafe. Walter, who wants to be recognized as a good sculptor, needs new victims to make more works from them. This black comedy from 1959 is the first of three similar productions, created from the collaboration of director Roger Corman and Charles B. Griffith, author of screenplays.
